We are planning to be in Naxos this coming June and would prefer to rent an apartment instead of staying in a hotel, if possible. Do you have any recommendations for agencies I could contact? A hotel that has apartment-style accommodations would work too.

We stayed in a wonderful Airbnb there, if you would like that information (and will be 1-2 people). It was comfortable for two people and had an amazing rooftop patio with ocean views.
Although there are a few agencies that can find accommodation, ferry tickets, rental cars, excursions, and lots of other things for you, it is best to contact the owners directly. You will find hundreds of apartment options of all kinds in Naxos.

There are Naxos lovers in this forum who will undoubtedly be able to give you some good addresses if you are a little more specific about what you are looking for.

Thanks so much! CoffeeGirl, I would love the name of the Airbnb. I am sometimes hesitant to use Airbnb/VRBO in other countries because it is harder to verify legit properties, local laws and so forth, but listings for any that are known entities would be welcome!
Found it! Here's the link. I'm quite sure it's also on Airbnb but we booked it through Booking. (My review is Christine- South Korea). The family lives in the apartment below and are wonderful. There's a nice cocktail bar across the street but it's quiet. The apartment is as pictured but the balcony is much bigger and better than it appears.
