Contact Gabi Birbeck or Kostas Sakavaras on Facebook. They both provide this sort of service. Keep in mind the time it will take you to be tendered off your ship to the old port below Fira where you will have to take the cable car up the cliff to meet your guide. This process can take as much as 2 hours if there is more than one cruise ship in port at the same time as yours. And please don't ride the poor abused donkeys instead of the cable car.
