We found an amazing private tour guide on this forum for Northern England and I’m wondering if anyone has someone they would recommend for the Acropolis? We’ll be there in mid September.

When we did the RS Best of Greece tour, the tour used "mama Faye" as our Acropolis tour guide. She was excellent and her reputation precedes her. She said she has trained all the other independent tour guides. when we visited the Acropolis with her,. The other tour guides would greet her warmly addressing her as Mama Faye and showing her their respect as their teacher.
I think she is listed in the RS Athens guide but try this:

She kept our group of 12 engaged for 4 hours, including the teens and young adults. She is funny and incredibly knowledgeable.
