Private Athens tour for group of 10

Our cruise terminates in Athens. We are looking for a private tour that would pick us up and luggage (or transfer our luggage) at the pier and drop us at the hotel at the end of the tour. Any experiences would be appreciated!

My unfounded on facts opinion, is it may be hard to find what you are looking for, if it exists.

I suspect you would have better luck finding a service to pick you up at the dock and take you to the hotel and then a separate service to take you on a tour.
