Are pre-boarding health questionnaires still required while traveling "within" Greece? This would pertain to flights and ferries between islands. My research on the topic has conflicting results. Thanks!
No, to date it is no longer required on ferries
JoLui ... Thank you for your response. Would you direct me to the website which confirms that pre-boarding questionnaires are no longer required? Much appreciated.
Hello,
Since march 28 the pre-boarding health questionnaire is no longer mentioned in the rules for taking ferries or arriving in Greece by plane.
For Greek ferries I think these rules will be easily applied, but for planes it is better to ask airlines or embassies to be sure they are up to date with Greek decisions.
I understand that he is no longer requested, They asked the form at the boarding without even looking at it .
It was tons of useless sheets of paper
Please note these rules are valid until April 4, 2022.

On the Blue Star Ferries website, on the last update, the need to present a pre boarding health questionnaire has also disappeared
For ferries only, if you want to download it anyway You can still find a form at this address:

After April 4, for the latest news about ferries (and rules in general) go back to the website
