Hi,
We will be travelling to tbe Peloponnese with base stays in Nafplio, Dimitsana and Stoupa.
Are there any taverns with gluten free options/knowledge?
Off course we can travel if any option available not in those places.

Carry a card written in Greek that says No gluten, gluten allergy.
We basically are fresh fish grilled, topped with lemon and oil, and a large Greek salad. No gluten.
From what I have heard, gluten free options are easier to find in Europe than in the US.
You can write your hotels in advance asking them for restaurants in their towns that serve gluten free meals.
