Paros in October

I have a free afternoon/evening in Paros in early October. I am thinking a beach afternoon. Can anyone recommend a warm, quiet beach with a umbrella and loungers? We would have dinner there as well. I will be staying at Hotel Aegeon. Is there a bus near by I could take? Is it safe if we come back at night with the bus? We will be spending the am in Naoussa.

Stay in Naoussa all day and visit one of the beaches there. We loved staying in Naoussa, restaurants by the fishing port, beaches to each side of town.In fact, consider booking your hotel there rather than in Parikia.
