We are considering spending 4 nights in Paros Aprl13-17 2025. Many hotels are showing already booked, a couple links on booking .com said not taking reservations on this site. Is it too early to book rooms for April? Are they not open yet? Or do I need to find another island to visit at that time of year? I think we would prefer to stay in Parikia.

April is the very beginning of the tourist season, if many do not open before mid-April it is more likely that the owners are away and have not yet updated their rates for the 2025 season.
On booking.com I still see quite a few accommodations available in Parikia on your dates for 4 people / 2 bedrooms, even by activating the filter "Only show available properties"
I also tried with my favorites in Paros saved on booking.com and among my list of 15, 12 are currently "Sold Out" from May to July. So the booking for those is not yet open.
The last time I rented an accommodation in Paros it was for mid-May and the owner did not answer my request until early March even though we know each other.
