Hi--
We are (2 couples) spending about 10 days driving the Peloponnese in October. We are driving from Galaxidi to Olympia (supposedly about 3 hours driving, then another 3 hours touring the site), and then on to Kardamyli the next day. Dhimitsana sounds like a wonderful place to spend the night, but I wonder how long is the drive there from Olympia? It's approximately 76 km, about 49 miles, and reports range from taking a fat hour to more than 3 hours.
Who has done this? Just wondering if we're looking at a very long day in the car and maybe we should spend the night somewhere else.
