Oia-Santorini Restaurants

Hi Everyone,

Can you recommend restaurants with a view in Santorini, we need some in Oia since that is where we are staying. Since almost none of the hotels in Oia allow children under 13, the restaurants with views have the same policy. we are staying in Oia for 5 nights and we have our soon to be 5 year old and 7 year old. I tried to make reservations at a few and was said they are not allowed. Please recommend in other parts of the island as well, but mostly in Oia. Thanks so much for all the input.

You may have tried some of these in Oia already. I have no idea about their age limits: Feredini, Skala, Thalami, Lotza, Seagull, Strogili, Pelekanos, Kastro, Fanari, Ochre Wine Bistro. All but Lotza and Seagull have websites and those two are very likely to accept kids.

Although we did not eat in Oia, I can recommend Aktaion (oldest taverna) in Firostephani, as well as Mama Thira. Another favorite is Stani in Fira. Spectacular view, great food (ample servings) hospitable staff, traditional Greek fare and reasonable pricing.
