Does the Greek government have a source for updates on changes in travel restrictions? I've followed the US State department travel advisory, but I can't really find a Greek source.
This is probably as good as anything in English. It’s the official tourism site and is updated pretty regularly.

And here is today’s news from the Greek Prime Minister

Good stuff. I am certain they are doing as careful a job as they can. Unfortunately the circumstances still make any guess of the future pretty much impossible. Correctly inserted statements like:
"The plan will unfold in three phases – from May 4 to mid-June – and, depending on the data, it will change accordingly." and the statement that they will re-evaluate the plans every 24 hours means it could be more restrictive or less restrictive at a moments notice.
This is not from the Greek government, but it involves traveling to Greece (and worldwide) after countries start to open up:

CNN just had a brief update from Greece. It appears that things are still going well there. Both the infection rate and deaths remain low, and the ICUs currently have considerable excess capacity.
acraven, Greece has done incredibly well. Better than Germany x 5. But so many of the countries in that corner of the continent have. If anyone is interested, this site keeps track and you can see among other things deaths per million population. https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/?utm_campaign=homeAdvegas1?
