We are a couple in our 50's planning to visit Greece in September for 12 days. I have been to Greece 30 years ago and for several months my boyfriend was never there. We like stunning scenery, beautiful beaches with clear water, art, history, food and shopping. I would like suggestions on the most cosmopolitan islands as well the places where there are town squares with tavernas where people still dance and sing as opposed to house music and discos.
