Thank you all for your help in advance. Would love some advice on planning a trip to greece? We are looking to do some fun beach stuff, a little history and some adventure with kids (visiting a cave). Please advice!

When do you plan to travel?
Will you be flying to Greece from the US/Canada, from somewhere else in Europe, or from a different origin?
Is this part of a longer trip to Europe, or is your vacation all Greece?
Are you prepared to rent a car?

Yes it would be useful to have a bit more detail of your plans.
In the meantime, I once spent a couple of weeks in Greece with an 8 year old who loved Tony Robinson's version of Odysseus. It's a humorous retelling but covers the major incidents. The sort of thing that amuses both children and adults - at least those who like that sort of thing!

We were reading an actual book - the 8 year old is now 26 - but you can download an audio version which is meant to be very good.
