Does anyone know of a place to go cliff jumping (or just jumping off rocks into deep water) in Naxos?

I do. The short answer is Pyrgaki beach. This thread from TA gives details on how to get there:

If you google "cliff jumping Pyrgaki beach", there are a few videos. The first [cheesy] one among them will give you an idea of what its like
We went for my teen son. He enjoyed it. It was nice to explore a spot not on the beaten tourist track
