We are going to Mykonos in a few weeks and only staying for 1 1/2 day and 2 nights since it is a "party place" and we are a family with 2 young teens. We will walk the harbor/town area and have dinner there the first night. We will do a couple beaches and we will have dinner the other night by the beach the 2nd night. What beaches should we go to and which ones should we stay away from? Any other ideas and recommendations?

For beaches, I would not suggest going to Paradise or Super Paradise beach, Paradise is dominated by a couple beach clubs, Super Paradise a bit less party, but both attract the bulk of Nude sunbathers, Drinking, and alternative communities. Perfectly fun for adults, but maybe a bit much for your teens.
As for what beaches to go to...Ornos Beach may fit your needs the best, plenty of places to eat, close to Mykonos town, Psarou Beach would be another option. I suppose it is worth mentioning that you may still run into some topless sunbathing, but that is just about anywhere in Tourist beach spots in Europe.

Can't speak to the beaches, but you should seriously consider a local boat ride to Delos. It is magnificent. Google it and see what you think.

Yialos has a nice beach as well and there are lots of places to eat and would suit you.
I would second trying to fit in Delos, I would try and do that as early as possible, then hit the beach.
