Hello,
I plan to book ferry from Naxos to Mykonos that arrives 9:40 am. Our flight leaves mykonos to Paris at 1:15 pm. Is that enough time to get off ferry and transfer to airport/security and catch flight?

Theoretically, yes, that's enough time. But sometimes Mother Nature has her own ideas about the weather that might not be compatible with yours. From late June through July and August the Meltemi Wind can be extremely strong through the Cyclades islands, causing delays, and even cancellations in extreme cases. Also, the SeaJets "Super Jet 2", which makes that run, arriving at 09:40 am, is one of the worst ferries for being on time, and is highly susceptible to long delays and cancellations during rough seas. And sometimes the Sea Jet company cancels a ferry with little or no advance warning. I strongly recommend you change your itinerary and return to Mykonos the day before your flight so you have that extra time to make other arrangements in case of unforeseen trouble.

Thank you for letting me know. I see that This ferry company has very bad reviews in terms of being late. Do you have a preference for ferries in that region in terms of reliability?

Nothing specific, but it will depend on when you plan to make the crossing, same day or day before. Check the Ferryhopper.com website for your options.
