Can we go from Mykonos-->day trip to Delos--> and then take boat on to Paros or Naxos rather than back to Mykonos?
If so, where could we leave our luggage while touring Delos?

Delos is only served by excursion boats, there are no ferries to anywhere. Contact a local travel agency on Naxos or Paros that sells trips to Mykonos/Delos and ask whether you can use it one way. I don't think there is any luggage storage on Delos. Is it really such a problem though to go back to Mykonos? There are evening ferries to Paros and Naxos from there.
