What is the best way to go to Sarakiniko Beach from Adamas center? How long will it take? Thx for your help!

That depends. Are you walking, taking the bus or driving.
If you are driving nothing is much more than 20 minutes away. When we were in Milos without a car in June there was a bus stop at Sarakiniko beach but there was no bus scheduled for that route. I suspect that route only runs late June till the end of August.
