We plan to go to Meteora for 2 nights as to not be rushed, it looks so amazing, I can’t wait! We are going to Greece the 1st two weeks of October. Thoughts or recommendations on staying in Kalabaka or Kastraki? Any feedback is appreciated!

Just joining the chorus Kastraki. Its nestled at the foot of the Monastary mountain and is a quiet village. We arrived at night and next morning we realized we could see 3 of the monasteries from the parking lot at our hotel.
