Looking for a relaxing spot out of the city for maybe 3 nights... close enough to tavernas or cafes maybe a small boutique place with a pool and outdoor quiet spot to just relax near Heraklion or reythmno?

I’ve not been there for a few years but Georgioupolis, halfway between Chania and Rethymnon, used to be a nice laid back place.
