Having researched the KTEL bus Ioannina to Preveza early September they appear to finish 22 August. Really? No reply from the bus company KTEL Ioannina either by email or through a FB message .... Does anyone know if the season is ending early or maybe just the winter service isn't yet advertised? TIA

KTEL bus schedules are only made available online for booking a few weeks in advance. Check back in early to mid-August.

Winter service only starts with many KTEL companies after September. If you looked to buy e-tickets on the KTEL Ioannina site, it's only possible up to 1 month in advance. https://eticket.ktelioannina.gr/#!/dashboard/overview/search

Knowing the timetable is handy for planning, but not really necessary out of high season to book tickets in advance on line-- exceot for preceding a big holiday or special event, certainly not as off the beaten path as those named.
