I can't seem to find any information about this...
But I am planning on taking the bus from Chania to Heraklion in the morning- looks like many departure times are available. I would like to get off, and spend the afternoon in Rethymno. Then get back onto the bus, to continue on to Heraklion.
Does KTel allow customers to do this?
There is a required change of bus in Rethymno for the trip From Chania to Heraklion, so there's no issue. First just buy your ticket to Rethymno then buy the next ticket when you're ready to go to Heraklion.
Oh sorry! I meant, if I bought ONE ticket for Chania to Heraklion. I just wanted to get off at Rethymno for a few hours ,then just continue with the SAME ticket (although it would be a different bus). Instead of buying 2 separate tickets- which I'm assuming would be more costly. Hope I'm making sense.

Ticket prices are fixed. You'll be paying the same regardless of which way you decide to do it. I'm pretty sure if you pay in Chania you'll be issued 2 separate tickets anyway.
