Our cruise ship will be in Kavala on Friday, October 31. Would like suggestions for lunch while in Kavala. As walking is difficult for my husband, what is your suggestion for us to get an overview of Kavala?

There is a free sightseeing train which goes into the old town. It takes about an hour to do the trip and details are here

If your husband can walk for a few minutes on the flat then the Nemesis on Ethniki Antistaseos has good views and nice food.
