ISO Local Travel Advice/Agent to help complete initinerary

Hello, I'm searching for a local guide/agent who can help us with the fine points of completing a itinerary where we will will only use public transportation. I'm going to Greece for the first time 4/8-4/22. I'll meet my daughter in Athens and we will explore from there. We've agreed on a few top spots, no surprises yet (Athens, Nafplio, Mycenae, Delphi, Meteora, perhaps Corfu and/or Hydra) and are definitely open to other stops.

Can you recommend a service or person that can help us figure out how to best connect these locations, which trains/buses we might need and how much time it will take to get from place to place so we can reserve rooms?

Since the last two days will be during Easter I know we need to factor that into our plan as well.

thank you

Jon

I must warn you that it will not be possible to include all the places you mention in a 14-day trip

Generally speaking, it will be difficult to find a travel agent who would only manage public transport reservations without including a predefined circuit with hotels. And in my opinion, it does not exist.

On the mainland, travel is mainly by public buses that are managed locally by different entities (about 20) depending on the area.
There is no centralized management that would allow to know the timetables & prices, and reserve seats.
In most cases, it is enough to book a bus trip a few days in advance or simply buy the tickets at the bus station itself on the day of departure.

In addition, travel to archaeological sites is often done by other local buses, not the same as those which travel between the main cities.

Your best option is to plan a feasible and realistic itinerary based on public transport possibilities. (or by car with a private driver).

Regarding the islands, just take the ferry and once on the island use the public buses. Nobody will take care of buying the bus tickets for you
