Hey everyone,
I wasn’t able to find a visa appointment until now, and I depart to Greece after 21 days.
My paper work is 100% complete. Is 21 days enough for a tourism visa to come out? Or should I consider canceling ?

unfortunately most of us won't know a lot about the Greek Embassy/Consulate in Saudi Arabia or how fast they operate.
Most contributors here travel from the US or Canada, and most of them do not require visas to Greece.
Have you tried asking the Greek Embassy which is seeing about your visa how fast they are expecting turn arounds?
