Inter-Island Ferry Covid Requirements

I know that a vaccine or a negative covid test, plus the health form, are required to travel by plane or air to and from the mainland and islands.
I also know that the health form is not needed for inter-island ferry travel.

My question: Is the vaccine or a negative covid test required for inter-island ferry travel? An email from Ferryhopper, from which I purchased tickets, says it is. But I can't find any information on the official websites on the issue.

Thanks

Ferry travel requirement updates have been reported in Greek news throughout the summer, they are also posted on ferry operators websites, for example Blue Star Ferries: https://www.bluestarferries.com/en-gb/covid-19
It includes reference to the Government Gazette if you wish to read the most official source

I did a hydrofoil ferry from Santonri to Crete. We. had to show our vaccination status cards. Mine was upside down when I showed it. He didn't even make me turn I over. They were just rushing people to the ferry.

We were just there, if you are vacinated no problem. We are not and needed COVID test to go from Crete to Santorini. If it is in the same region no test needed. Different regions or to the mainland one is needed but to the mainland you can do a self test.
