Information on Corfu

we took a greek isle cruise from venice years ago. we registered on cruise critic and followed the board/forums and posted some cruise ports tours and if anyone interested to join to share cost. we found another couple willing to share and i think it was about 150E for a half day tour seeing different parts of the island plus we tipped him. many things have changed before and after the pandemic and prices i'm sure.
always keep an eye with the forum and see if others willing to share tours or you want to plan one and ask around.we had a meet and greet at departure city in venice at a local bar to meet everyone the our sailaway was all together laughing & talking during our sailaway.
we did a martini tasting at a ships bar, cabin crawl looking at the different cabins people are in, decorated doors and had appetizers in room or a glass of wine, slot pull ( putting money in a kitty, someone in charge) and deposit money and pull the slots until money gone and what's left we shared with who participated, we were on for halloween and had so many people dress up and we voted for best costume. we had a blast on this cruise

we hired corfuprivatetaxitours.com with demetrius, can't miss him, he has a head of full red hair. was fabulous to deal with and his prompt emails, told him what we wanted and he arranged tour according to our cruise ship schedule, was perfect. met us at ship and off we went to different areas.
stopped at a shop that sells the orange corfu drink, kumquat, with some tasting and bought a pretty decorative bottle. drive by mouse island, drive thru skinny streets of villages you don't think you'll fit through (leave the driving to them). stopped at many other places for photo ops, with other highlights of corfu. wanted to be early in town by ship to have a snack and a drink. we really enjoy our day and tour and i liked corfu.

Thanks for the suggestions. We get on the cruise ship in Barcelona and we end up in Rome. We are going to Cannes, Livorno, Naples, Messina, Valletta, Corfu, Santorini, Athens, and Mykonos.
