We have 1 day in Santorini in October and would like to hang out in an infinity pool. A lot of hotels only give access to guest staying at their properties. Anyone knows of a place that can offer access without having to stay?

There is a cafe called Lioyerma in Oia Santorini with a pool. The pool is public with lounge chairs, you just need to purchase a drink to be able to use it. You can watch the sunset from there too. Grab a table and a lounge chair in the corner that way you will have a full view of the sunset. I'm not sure the hours during October. The staff is super friendly, just go a day before and reserve a lounge chair as it gets completely packed. have fun!
