I am looking to book one way a bus and ferry on a Wednesday from Kalampaka to Corfu. I see that there is a 3:15 bus and ferry but unable to see how to book it.

Now that I'm home and can log into these websites you may want to book this journey the day you arrive in GR. In the meantime send an email to [email protected] and ask. The KTEL website is GRs national bus line but I'm not having any luck pulling up the Kalampáka to Corfu market.

I'm sorry that I don't have a ready answer but to me this looks like a bus to Igoumenitsa and then the ferry to Corfu.
In my experience having used both of those services I just showed up to the station and bought my ticket.
Are you concerned about needing tickets in advance because this is for a trip next July or August? If not, probably not a problem. If so, I would expect you could buy your bus ticket in Kalambaka the day before and I can't imagine that ferry ever runs out of room for pedestrians; it's large.
