How far in advance to book accomodation 1st 2 weeks of October in Kastraki, Nafplio, Hydra?

We are still still working through the details of our trip. We will be in Athens for a few days and I'm definitely going to book accomodation now. For the other locations, do I need to book this early or can I wait. In Rick's book he said in the smaller areas things die down considerably after September. Thoughts?

I think you have plenty of time to ponder it, but I would book well in advance because I am picky. I found it difficult to find what I wanted in Nafplio, so I think it is never too early.

Yes, book Nafplion as soon as possible.
