We are arriving late August to Athens and then immediately board a ferry to Naxos at the Rafina port. I am looking for an overnight place to stay and hopefully close enough to walk to our ferry early the next day. Any hotel recommendations? Thank you in advance.

I stayed at the Avra hotel recently, and would recommend it.

Check the Avra Hotel. Transfer from the airport is included in the room price. From the hotel it’s just a short walk to the ferry port.

There are 2 hotels in Rafins.
Avra which has a shuttle service to and from airport. Short walk to ferry more expensive of the two.
Corali which is a more basic hotel but very comfortable and clean situated in the square again short walk to ferry however no airport shuttle service. It is much cheaper alternative.
There is a bus service from the airport Rafina if it fits your itinerary or taxi or a car service.
Regarding Avra restaurant there are much better alternatives with better food and prices around the square and in the port to choose from.
