I have booked everything and now only this is missing which we have half day spare to do. Our flight out of Athens is 3pm, so it means we need to leave 12pm at the latest by Syntagma metro station and I have a few questions
1) I know that there are few bus tour company which starts from 8am or 9am that departs at Syntagma Square? If so, how long does it take to do the WHOLE bus route full round circle before going all the way back to Syntagma Square (without getting off the bus as we treat it as a bus ride). 2 hours? 3 hours?
2) I understand a few bus company has like 4 lines choices. Which bus route actually goes for like a scenic route, preferably water/beach view since we are more scenic type of person rather than historic/ancient that type?
3) If we go end of Oct, is it a very quiet season, I assume there will be very little people and quiet especially the first bus that departs, no?
4) On the previous day, if we were to see the Acropolis Of Athens between daytime until sunset, I am aware it closes at 8pm, what is the ideal time to go for entrance. Is 4pm ok? And do they kick people out at 8pm on the dot in closing hour? or you can stay as long as you want as long as it is not too late?
