I've tried to contact Hera Hotel a few weeks ago asking if they provide airport shuttle service and have not heard back. Does anyone know if they do or not? Thanks!

When we stayed there before Covid they recommended a pick up service that we paid for.

When we booked our room at Hera the confirmation email included a link to arrange a transfer through Welcome Pickups. If you check the "location" tab on their website it gives the details for using metro/bus/taxi for arrival.

What the hotel will do is pre-book a taxi and charge you an extra fee, something you can do yourself using a service like welcomepickups, that way you will have control over the price (around €45) , meeting at the airport, etc.
The driver will wait for you at the airport with a sign with your name on it.
You will receive their name and contact details on your phone. There is an App you can download.
They are very reliable and the drivers speak English,

We have stayed at Hotel Hera twice and used Welcome Pickups several times. Twice from the airport and once from the hotel to the cruise dock. We’d use them again.
