Itinerary Help - Retirement Trip for Dad's 1st Europe visit!

Hi! I'm taking my dad on his first European vacation, and I'd like thoughts on this itinerary - Is it too fast? Too Slow? Are we spending too much time anywhere?

I've traveled extensively to Europe and always moved fast and traveled with people under 40. This will be my first time traveling with my dad. He's 67 (I'm 38). My dad really wants to see historic ruins, small towns, and a taste of Greek islands/ocean life. I love farms and markets (we're not art, wine, or museum people). We'll mostly be in Greece, but we're flying into Venice because it was cheaper with air miles, and my dad wants to see a little bit of Italy. He lives in Hawai'i, so this may be his only visit to Europe, and we're trying to balance seeing as much as possible with a slower pace.

Dates: November 11 - 24 (yes, I know this is slow season, and I've visited Greece in November. We're tied to this time because I'm meeting a friend at the Christmas markets in Germany afterward)

Day 1: Arrive in Venice
Day 2: Venice
