We are looking for a recommended guide for the island of Crete next October. Our cruise will be stopping at the port of Aghios Nikolaos. Any recommendations?

We hired an excellent guide, highly recommended by Rick Steves, for our time in Olympia, and contacted her for a subsequent trip to Crete. She doesn’t do Crete herself, but recommend a guide for Knossos on Crete, and Maria was excellent, but I don’t seem to have her contact info now. We have friends on Crete who connected us to Diktynna-Travel in central Chania. They are a major incoming tourism agency and provide top service. They set up excursions and guides for us. They are on Facebook and Instagram too. Highly recommended.
