If you mean a travel agent in the USA I can't help. There must be tons of them.

However if you are looking for a travel agency in Greece I can recommend Aegean Thesaurus.

On our first trip to Greece we used them and they were very helpful, professional and gave us lots of options. All you have to do is make your own flight arrangements then they take over.

Since then we found it was very easy using the internet to book everything ourselves.

Besides Aegean Thesaurus, check Fantasy Travel and Dolphin-Hellas Travel, both in Athens and both very experienced with making the sort of arrangements you require. You're wise to want someone local to be available to help you if needed.

Oh, I can truly help you. We just returned from Greece yesterday. It was a great trip. Our friend,a university professor, takes groups of students to Greece and gave us a wonderful travel agent. We needed a rental car, a hotel next to the airport for our last day and a Covid test before we came home. They arranged it all, along with literally 1 million questions, spoke excellent English, promptly answered e-mails and have a US phone number. Please give them a call. You can even tell them Jeff and Betsy recommended them.

a literal million?

It was actually only 79, but i rounded up.

I have been traveling in Greece for 30 years, organizing everything without any travel agency, but 20 years ago, in anticipation of a stay in Sifnos and for logistical reasons, I needed Aegean Thesaurus travel .

They did a fantastic job, I still remember the welcome and the help they gave me. I'm glad to see their name in this forum, they really deserve to be chosen.

And I'm not saying that because they still send me New Years emails :))

Are you a AAA member? They have travel services 👍if your not a member there is a fee

Could be just me in rural PA, but I have found the AAA travel agents to be not well traveled and mostly proficient at selling AAA bus and group tours. I think you would be far better served to find an on the ground Greek agency to handle your needs.

I've used two travel agencies in Greece, and both have been very helpful. Fantasy Travel (based in Athens) and Aegean Thesaurus Travel (based on Sifnos). You can trust them to handle the details.

I vote that we stop our recommendations until we hear from original poster... not back for a week.

If you look at it from the other side, fellow travellers who pitch in to help can begin to think they are talking in an empty room if there is no feedback.

We get a lot of questions from folks who post once and disappear, often not responding to clarifying questions. Some, like me, have decided not to waste their time of the person posting never returns.

I'm glad you're not one of them, and that you get the travel agent services you need...
