Greek Food festivals

In planning a September/October trip to Greece, I've discovered there are lots of food festivals going on during that time frame, in different locations. However, I'm having trouble finding details about specific dates and locations. Can anyone help me or at least point me to a resource that would know?

For example, I'm looking at a feta cheese festival in Elassona (Thessaly) in September, but I don't know what dates. There's also a pistachio festival on Aegina "in mid-September," but no specific place or date. Some kind of food festival is apparently happening on Sifnos in September, but that's all I know. I'd be interested in any Greek food festivals, especially mid to late September, if I can get the details. Thanks!

I know the most important in the islands, in Sifnos, the Nikolaos Tselementes Cycladic Gastronomy Festival, which I recommend that you not miss since it takes place in September (probably 3rd or 4th week of September in 2024 - dates not yet confirmed), that is to say a few days after the The pistachio trade fair in Aegina.
It's usually Thursday through Saturday. The entrance is free so is the food, and there are entertainment, music, dances, etc.

The date for Sifnos should be announced here:

or on the Sifnos websites such as:

I think there is also a feta cheese festival in September in Elassona, near Mount Olympus
