We would like to take this opportunity to inform you about a recent legislative change in Greece. In December, the Greek Parliament enacted new laws that introduced changes to the Climate Resilience Tax.
Consequently, for 5 Star establishments such as ours, the former tax rate of 10 EUR per accommodation, per night, will be revised to 15 EUR per night during the Summer season, spanning from April to October. Outside of these months, the tax will remain to the original rate of 4 EUR per night. This adjustment has been in effect since 1st January 2025, and is to be settled upon check-in by the lead-guest.
In the unlikely event that there are any alterations in tax rates during the season, the new tax rates will apply that are in force at the time of your stay.
