Hello Forum!
My husband and I are planning our first year anniversary to Greece in early September (labor day weekend in the US). I traveled to Greece after graduating from college but that was years ago, so I no longer know what to expect.
A few things that I remember that would be worth revisiting is the ruins in Athens (Acropolis), the monasteries, patmos, santorini, rhodes. However, this trip should be a bit more romantic, lol. We are both very active, self-proclaimed foodies and history buffs, and love to swim.
What are your thoughts on best places to visit (8/9 night stay), restaurants, tours and best locations/islands to include?
