Greece in Late November

Hello,

We are 2 families planning Greece travel during the week of thanksgiving for 10 days (End of November). We are traveling with older kids (16 and 12) and would like to do some hiking and outdoor stuff if possible. I have Athens, Delpi and Olympia in mind, any other ideas? I am concerned if the weather will be too cold and rainy to enjoy the landscape. We are also looking at Portugal as another option and maybe slate Greece some other time during warmer months. Any suggestions?

Have you checked some weather pages for stats? Wunderground is a good one. I'd get some good data before deciding, but in general, November is a time for city travel.

Check Accuweather for forecasts, but November in Greece is my top pick, especially if beaches aren't your thing. It's warm, sunny, wind-free, and less touristy, so you'll score great deals and avoid crowds.
