Greece in February

Athens is in Greece. You should expect cool, rainy, dreary. ( maybe even cold on the deck of the boat) Perhaps a few sunbreaks.

We cruised Greece this past February and had nearly perfect weather. The only rain was the morning we drove into Macedon from Thessaloniki to see the royal tombs of Vergina. It didn't last long and we had a glorious afternoon in Thessaloniki. When the sun was out--which was most of the time--it was in the 60's to 70's. That being said if any of your excursions are inland it will probably be cooler. Our land-based tour of Greece in early March was frigid, low 40's to low 50's.

Thanks. We gambled with trip to southern France in August with high temperatures. Hot but we managed. May be we will gamble with February  to Greece.
