Greece Additional Island or Save Time for Italian Riviera?

We will be in Europe June 6 leaving June 30. I am not sure to add another Greek destination or save 3 nights for the Italian Riviera?

You are not staying at all in Athens to visit?
You need a couple of days let's say.
For beach/history/nice town you could go to Naplio, it's a nice spot about 1 1/2 hours southwest of Athens and from there, you can visit magnificent epidaurus theater, on your way there, stop in Corinthia for some more history.
Mycenae is also close and full of history
All of these you can see in Rick's video section

Also, you are not staying in Florence? I'd stay a couple of days unless you really prefer the Cinqueterre, then 3 nights there is good for the 5 villages + Portovenere and maybe Portofino depending

My oldest daughter is living in Florence right now, we are spending two full days and one night in Florence. She is going to give us the insider tour. As for Athens we have been there before, planning on spending 1.5 days there and getting out to less crowded parts of Europe. Interesting enough I looked into Napeleno in Greece, nice drive from the airport could be a good choice. My thought was try and have a few easy beach days spread apart where the girls can just relax, but my gut says Greece has the nicest beaches why not ask the community what they would do? Going in a straight line it looks like Florence to the coast, then to the alps works best. I would like to find something a little north of Cinque Terra with a good beach?

Ok.
I'm not into beaches too much, I'll let others find a nice beach for you north of CT.
Have a great trip.
