We are planning a graduation trip in June to Greece and want to make plane reservations. does anyone know if the Greece 14 day tours occur in June and if so do they start every Monday in June?

I think you would do better by getting in touch directly with the Rick Steves office in Edmonds. Then you will be sure of getting accurate advice, not just the opinion of someone on this forum.

Susan, this itinerary does run in June, but I would advise you not to book airfare until you are able to book the tour dates you want. Most 2015 departures will be for sale online at the end of August.
