Hi,
I'm on the RS 'Athens and the heart of Greece in 14 days' Tour (4/20-5/3/19), and will continue my journey to Mykonos (5/4-5/6) and Santorini (5/6-5/9) after the tour ends. Just wonder if anyone else in that group is also planning on visiting those 2 islands.

Not on tour - but a good hotel on Mykonos near town ( 2 minute walk ) is the Poseidon. However we much prefer the Zephyr hotel in Paranga beach ( look it up so beautiful) - bus to town is right across street and only 10-15 minute ride ( and cheap ) ,
Look up both hotels !
When in Mykonos, try your best to take a side trip to Delos. Absolutely amazing if you are into Greek history. It is close by via local tour boats and will only consume 3/4 of a day. Google it and see what you think.
Thank you both for great recommendations. Will take the 17:00 Delos Tour when most of the Cruise Ship tourists have left to avoid the crowds. As for Hotel in Mykonos, we probably will stay at Petasos Town Hotel as it's close to town center (and everything) but also provide access to Petasos Beach Resort & Spa (to get some beach time in).
