What is the cheapest and fastest way to go from Athens to Santorini and Rhodos?

If you're looking to save some money, Santorini is the last place to go.
That said, and unless you have the option of swimming, the ferry is probably the cheapest way, and the plane the fastes.
You can't have both
Regarding Athens-Rhodes it is possible to find cheaper than the ferry with a lowcost flight.

Cheapest would be a ferry. Fastest would be a plane.

Yes I understand it’s hard to save the money
When you were going to Europe, I was just trying to find best possible way to get from Athens to Santorini because I heard one of the fairy takes eight hours, which is really long and a cost about €45.
I’m trying to make wise decision.
