Folegandros or Amorgos?

Flying into Mykonos middle of September and my itinerary is:

Mykonos -2
Naxos -3
Folegandros or Amorgos -2/3
Santorini -3 (fly out)

I'm wondering which island, Amorgos or Folegandros, would add the most variety to my itinerary. Looking for relaxation, hiking, but a good choice of restaurants/bars. I could choose both if they are different enough from one another....

Of the two, I have only been to Amorgos, but loved it. There are two ports on the island. We stayed in Katapola, at a wonderful place called Porto Katapola. For under 50 euros a night, you'll get a large apartment with a huge balcony overlooking the port, and one of the friendliest, most helpful owners you'll ever meet. Minimal cooking facilities, but for 5 euros you can have a wonderful huge breakfast down the street. Lots of hiking or you can rent a car and explore the island. You can see the famous Hozoviotissa monastery. A good selection of restaurants around the harbor -- one specializes in spaghetti with lobster. Amazing. The harbor is a great place to relax in late afternoon with an ouzo and watch the harbormaster direct the incoming yachts into place. It's an easy ferry ride to and from Naxos. Highly recommended.
