Greece opened to US tourists so I made a reservation at an AirBnB in Folegandros starting May 20. The Owner emailed that Folegandros is closed to tourists until June.

What about Ios and Santorini?

I agree to ask the hosts at a few hotels or AirBnB if you can't find information on an official site for the island you're interested in. We heard from our hosts on Santorini and Naxos that things should be fine for late June, when we are traveling, but I did notice blocks earlier. Like in the US it may take some time for places to get up and running again once restrictions are lifted.
