Flying from Athens to Santorini (next week) -
any advise or preferences? Olympia or Aegean?
Since this is off-season, does this flight need to be booked in advance or can we book day of travel?

Both are equally reliable. There's no way for us to know if seats on the flight you need will still be available on your travel day.

Actually Aegean and Olympic are now the same company, so the standards will probably be comparable. I've flown with Aegean and would definitely recommend them (a real "class act").
Whether "off-season" or not it would be a really good idea to book well in advance, as with most budget airlines the prices increase as the flight fills. Be sure to read their Terms & Conditions carefully, especially relating to luggage weights, etc.
