Flooding in Athens

Hi , I was wondering if anyone local can comment if things are really bad in and around Athens that would disrupt tourism as such
we (my wife and I) arrive late Nov 18 night in Athens. Read about some areas that were devastated in/near Athens because of the rains.

we are scheduled to take a flight out next morning to Santorini for a couple of days and then spend the rest of the week (5 nights) in Athens.

Judging from the news reports I'm finding online the flooding took place in Mandra, a suburb of Athens which is actually over 25km out from Central Athens, and in the opposite direction away from the Athens Airport.

sorry for late reply--I was there during the "Athens flooding" it did NOT flood in Athens center at all. we did have rain but no flooding. the floods were 10+ miles west of town.
