Flights between Athens and Santorini

When we leave Santorini we are flying back to Athens with an arrival time of 9:20am. Our next flight leaves Athens at 12:30pm. It is an entirely different booking. Any experience with flights from Santorini? Delayed often? How about the time it takes to get bags, recheck and go through security in Athens?

Unless something unforseen happens island flights are normally prompt and seldom delayed for any significant length of time. ATH is well-designed and not to large. 3 hours is way more than enough time to take care of business before you depart at 12:30pm.
